35mm Toy Camera.

The basic camera is a simple one-button affair, with a fixed focus 35mm plastic lens. It produces a pronounced vignette, with a blurry edge but sharp centre.  It's like a Vivitar Ultra Wide and Slim, only more chunky in design and less wide in lens.
